About us

MBT Abogados was created in March 2017 as a law firm specialized in legal assistance to Argentines living in Spain or planning to emigrate to Spain. Over the years, our team has grown, we have expanded the range of services we offer, and, at the request of our clients, we have broadened our geographical reach. Today, we have clients from all over the world who contact us to settle or invest in Spain. We specialize in providing expert legal advice to foreigners on visas, tax optimization, and strategic asset relocation.

The managing partner of MBT Abogados is attorney Miguel Ballabriga Alea, who heads a multidisciplinary team of lawyers, tax experts, accountants and business advisors. Lucio Boggio is a partner and consultant.
