En la ejecuci\u00f3n del testamento se incluye la inscripci\u00f3n de los bienes inmuebles a favor del heredero o herederos. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si no hay testamento, se realiza el procedimiento ab instentato, para determinar qui\u00e9nes son los herederos. <\/span><\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Calcular y liquidar el impuesto de sucesiones. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Una herencia internacional tiene sus propias normas.
